Do you have a warranty?

Yes. We warranty our services for 30 days. The warranty only relates to the original problem that required our services. If a problem occurs due to other circumstances there will be a service charge. The warranty is only valid when PROTOCALL diagnosis' & repairs the problem. All new hardware includes a 30 day warranty.

What forms of payment does PROTOCALL accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover cards, Debit Cards, checks, cash, and Protocall Gift Cards.

What do I need to know before I have a technician visit my home or office?

A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. The Protocall professional must receive: full access to the computer(s) and/or other devices(s) to be serviced, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power. Payment is due upon completion of work.

What can I expect when a Protocall professional visits my home or office?

Upon arrival, Protocall technicians are required to provide proper identification verifying himself or herself as a member of Protocall. He or she will then interview you to better assess the problem or situation. After the service or repair has been completed, we will provide an understandable and concise verbal and written statement presenting the particular facts of the client's case and the conclusive methods or procedures used to rectify the situation or problem.

What's your turn-around time?

If the technician finds he/she needs to bring in your system to our shop for further diagnosing and repairs, we ask for 5 business days until we return the system. Most of the time you can expect your system back in less than 5 days if circumstances allow.
